1 General Provisions
jeetbangla is an online gaming and betting platform. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between jeetbangla and its users. These Terms apply to all services, games, promotions and transactions on the platform.
Alongside these Terms, jeetbangla's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines are also considered part of this agreement. Accessing or using the platform indicates that the user has read, understood and agreed to the terms of all these documents.
These Terms are available in both English and Bangla. If any conflict arises between the two versions, the Bangla version will take precedence as it has been prepared for users in Bangladesh.
2 Account Registration and Eligibility
2.1 Age Requirement
To create an account and use the service on jeetbangla, a user must be at least 21 years of age. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited. If a false age is provided at registration, the account will be closed immediately and all deposited funds may be forfeited.
2.2 One Account Policy
Each user may create only one account. If the same person or members of the same household create multiple accounts, this will be treated as a prohibited activity. Any attempt to operate multiple accounts from the same device, IP address or payment method will result in all such accounts being closed.
2.3 Registration Information
Users must provide accurate and complete information at registration. The following details must be correct:
- Full name (as per national identity card)
- Date of birth
- Valid mobile number
- Active email address
- Current address
If the information provided does not match at the time of verification, the account cannot be verified and the withdrawal process will remain on hold.
2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)
jeetbangla may request identity verification documents at any time if required. A scanned copy of a National Identity Card (NID), passport or driving licence may need to be submitted. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until verification is complete.
3 Account Management and Security
The user is solely responsible for the security of their account. Sharing a password with anyone or giving a third party access to the account is prohibited. If login details are used by someone else, the account holder will still be responsible for those transactions.
If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify the jeetbangla customer service team immediately. Security is maintained through OTP verification. jeetbangla reserves the right to temporarily suspend an account if suspicious activity is detected.
4 Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposits
The minimum deposit on jeetbangla is ৳100. The currently accepted deposit methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. Funds can be added to your account quickly and securely through these methods. A successful deposit is generally credited to the account instantly.
The correct reference number must be used when making a deposit. Providing incorrect information may cause additional delays in verifying the transaction, in which case the customer may be required to submit a screenshot of the transaction as proof.
4.2 Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Any one of the following methods can be used for withdrawal: bKash, Nagad, Rocket or Upay. The mobile number registered on the account must be used when making a withdrawal.
The withdrawal process may remain on hold if verification has not been completed. To withdraw bonus funds, the relevant wagering requirements must be met.
4.3 Transaction Verification
If unusual activity is suspected in any transaction, jeetbangla reserves the right to temporarily hold that transaction and may request additional verification documents. If evidence of a fraudulent transaction is found, the associated account will be closed immediately.
5 Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for the bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus, making the account balance ৳2,200, and ৳1,200 × 20 = ৳24,000 must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made.
Before claiming a bonus, the specific terms of the relevant promotion should be read. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — winnings earned from a bonus can only be withdrawn after the wagering requirements have been met.
5.2 VIP Cashback Program
jeetbangla's VIP program has five tiers, each offering a weekly cashback benefit:
- Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
- Silver: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
- Gold: up to 0.9% weekly cashback
- Platinum: up to 1.2% weekly cashback
- Diamond: up to 1.5% weekly cashback
Weekly cashback is calculated based on the net loss for that week (total losses minus total winnings). For example: if a Gold member's net loss for the week is ৳20,000, they will receive ৳20,000 × 0.9% = ৳180 in cashback.
5.3 Bonus Abuse
If bonus abuse or an attempt to collect bonuses fraudulently is detected, the relevant bonus will be cancelled and steps may be taken to close the account. Claiming bonuses on multiple accounts from the same household or device is explicitly prohibited.
6 Gaming Rules
6.1 Game Results
The results of all games on the jeetbangla platform are determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Each game round is independent and does not depend on previous results. Live casino game results are determined directly through the dealer and the relevant technology.
6.2 Maximum Bet Limits
Each game has a set maximum and minimum bet limit. When playing with bonus funds, a maximum bet per round is set and exceeding it may result in the bonus being cancelled.
6.3 Technical Issues
If a game is not completed due to a network disconnection or any other technical reason, the bet for that game will generally be refunded. However, if the game result has already been determined, that result will be considered final. In the event of a dispute, server logs will be treated as the final evidence.
7 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jeetbangla platform:
- Playing using bots, scripts or automated software
- Coordinating with other users to artificially collect bonuses
- Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity
- Attempting to interfere with the platform's security systems
- Creating an account using a false identity or incorrect information
- Managing an account on behalf of a third party
- Harassing or behaving inappropriately toward other users on the platform
If any of the above activities are detected, the associated account will be closed immediately and all funds may be seized.
8 Responsible Gaming
jeetbangla believes that online gaming is a form of entertainment — not a source of income. We therefore encourage our users to follow responsible gaming practices. Setting deposit limits, bet limits or session time limits for yourself is a sensible approach.

9 Personal Information and Privacy
How the personal information provided by users is collected, stored and used is described in detail in jeetbangla's Privacy Policy. Personal information is used only for the purposes of providing the service, identity verification and meeting legal obligations.
Personal information is not sold to third parties. However, information may need to be provided in response to a legal investigation or a lawful request from a regulatory authority. Necessary information may be shared with payment partners to assist with payment processing, under strict confidentiality agreements.
10 Account Suspension and Closure
10.1 Closure at User's Request
Any user may request to close their account at any time. Any remaining balance should be withdrawn before making the request. Once the account is closed, it will no longer be accessible.
10.2 Suspension or Closure by jeetbangla
In cases of a breach of the Terms, fraudulent activity or a security threat, jeetbangla reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice. In such cases, the return of any legitimate funds belonging to the user will be decided following a separate review.
11 Limitation of Liability
jeetbangla is not responsible for losses caused by technical errors, internet disconnections or issues with a user's own device. Financial losses arising from game results do not fall within jeetbangla's liability — this is a normal risk of gaming.
jeetbangla is not directly liable for technical issues caused by third-party game providers (Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Evolution, etc.). In such cases, a resolution will be sought in accordance with the relevant provider's policies.
12 Changes to Terms
jeetbangla reserves the right to partially or fully change these Terms at any time. Users will be notified at their registered email or mobile number before changes take effect. Continuing to use the platform after a change will be taken as the user's agreement to the new terms.
The most recently updated Terms will always be available on this page. The terms of older versions will no longer apply even if they were previously accepted. It is therefore recommended that you visit this page regularly.
